You’re here because you’re feeling overwhelmed, burned out and disconnected.

Disconnected from your life. From your purpose. From the people you love. From your body. From…you.

You’re always giving, giving, giving but you find it so hard to receive. You feel guilty whenever you take time for yourself. When something comes up, you always, always sacrifice the time you were going to spend on yourself.

You live in a constant state of anxiety. You know you need to make big changes in your life but that seems impossible right now. You just need to feel…better.

Make me feel better already.

Quite simply, you’re trying to do and be more than it’s possible to do and be. You know it. (Doesn’t stop you trying.)

You define yourself by your passion for service. You’re proud of it. (As you should be).

But society tells you that you live on a continuum between selfishness and selflessness. When you see your life choices that way, you’re in a constant state of tension, simultaneously driven to do more than you have capacity for, and feeling guilty that you’re not doing enough.

No wonder you’re burned out.

There’s a million ways to help yourself feel better - and you feel like you’ve tried all of them.

Yoga, meditation, therapy, sleep aids, nutritional aids, journalling, gratitude, exercise, being in nature…

But it’s hard to fit these things in when you’ve already got so much to do. It’s hard to go all out on them when there’s so many things requiring your attention.

When you do manage to carve out some space and energy for them, they make you feel better…to a point.

And you don’t have time to spare for things that don’t completely work.

They’re not completely working because they use the wisdom of your mind, or your body - but it’s hard to connect the two on your own.

And they’re not completely working because (and I say this with love!)...

Nothing works when you don’t actually do it.

Don’t be disheartened - the time you’ve spent on those things was not wasted. They’ve kept you going.

But you deserve more than to just ‘keep going’. So much more.

You deserve to really live.

Welcome to…The Circle.

The Circle encompasses a powerful blend of breathwork, coaching and community.

A sprinkling of other wellbeing techniques are woven in as you need them.

The Circle will be a little different each time, but you can expect guided journaling, deep sharing and a transformational breathwork experience.

Safely held within The Circle, you will be supported to finally process these old, limiting emotions and experiences that are keeping you stuck.

As your nervous system is soothed, you’ll regain your ability to think, feel and act clearly.

You will reconnect with your body, your inner wisdom, your power.

Welcome back to yourself.

To make this work, all you need to do is show up.

You don’t need to be at your best, you don’t need to do your hair or change your clothes or tidy the room, you simply need to commit to showing up for the call.

In fact, I insist on it.

When you book your space, you’re taking your first step into The Circle. I require you to make an unbreakable commitment to show up, on time, with an open heart and mind. You’re showing up for yourself, and you’re showing up for everyone else in The Circle.

You need to protect The Circle time from everyone else’s agenda. Because The Circle time is your time. It’s my time. It’s our time.

Show up, and The Circle will do the rest.

Would you like to step into The Circle?

Your next step is to book your place via my booking portal. There, you’ll find all upcoming Circle sessions.

If this is your first time breathing with me, you’ll be invited to a gift Step Into Breath session once you’ve booked. This one-to-one session is a guided exploration of your unique breath pattern and intentions, helping to prepare you for group breathwork. Expect to leave with a clearer understanding of your breath, a takeaway home breath practice, and the confidence to fully embrace The Circle experience.

“I’ve never felt so…liberated!

“Simply transformational. You told me that breathwork 'gives you what you need at that time' - it’s incredible and true!”

A note on trauma and safety…

Breathwork is an incredible healing tool which can release stored and unprocessed trauma. It can be the missing piece when traditional therapy has helped, but things still feel unresolved and your healing has plateaued. I’ve supported many clients to process trauma with both straight-up-breathwork and through Balanced Giving, Joyful Living.

If you are currently processing ‘major’ (see below) trauma, I generally require you to have received therapy of some kind before we work together. In order to support you in the best and safest way possible, it’s likely that you will need one to one support. While I work very hard to make The Circle a safe space for all members, it’s simply impossible to give you the same level of support in a group setting as it is in one to one work.

Of course, there’s no way of defining ‘major’ trauma. We’ve all been exposed to trauma - what differs is the magnitude and impact of that trauma, our experience of it, and where we are in our healing journey. This is one of the reasons I gift you a Step into Breath session before you join The Circle - it helps me to ensure you’re getting the right support for you.

 Wondering About…?

  • That’s completely understandable - it’s hard to grasp breathwork without experiencing it for yourself!

Breathwork is a practice that uses controlled breathing techniques to reduce stress, release tension, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. It’s like hitting a 'reset' button for your mind and body, creating space for renewal and clarity.

If you’re new to breathing with me, you’ll be invited to a complimentary Step Into Breath session when you book your first Circle. This one-to-one session is designed to guide you through your unique breath pattern and prepare you for the group experience.

  • Snap! (go check out my About page for all the things I tried over the years!). Firstly, let me say that you haven’t wasted any time on those other things - they’re all helpful to an extent, even if they haven’t been the magic bullet you were hoping for. Truth is, there is no magic bullet (sorry).

What I can tell you is that breathwork offers something unique. It works with both your body and your emotions to release stored tension and create space for something new. For many people, it unlocks something they haven’t been able to reach through other methods.

If you’re curious, book your place in The Circle. If it’s your first time breathing with me, you’ll also be invited to a gift Step Into Breath session to explore your breath and see if this feels like the right fit for you.

  • This reminds me of that old zen proverb: ‘You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day. Unless you're too busy, then you should sit for an hour.’

If your car broke down tomorrow, you would find the time to call the garage, make an appointment, take it to the garage, assess what work they say they need to do, move about your finances so you can pay for it, pay for it, pick the car up…

If your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health is breaking down, you can find time for that too. The Circle makes this as easy as possible, by inviting an unbreakable commitment from you to show up at a certain time. All you have to do is show up. The Circle will do the rest.

  • Nope, not at all.

    JUST KIDDING! 🤣

Yes, it absolutely does. Breathwork is all about you, your breath, and your mind-body connection - as long as you’re with yourself, it doesn’t matter where I am! I’ve received separate training to be a breathwork guide both in-person, and online. Whilst you miss the additional benefit of touch found in in-person breathwork, it’s wonderful to have your session in the comfort of your own home, so that you can fully relax in your own environment and not have to travel anywhere afterwards.
