As an aid worker, I completed countless field missions.
In 2010, I was juggling a demanding career in South Sudan, a soul-deep passion to serve, and a struggle to say 'no.' Burnout hit hard, forcing me to choose: get better or give up. I discovered the power of reconnecting with my mind and body—a shift that changed everything. Now, I’m on a new mission: to empower as many helpers as possible to both serve and live joyfully—for the benefit of everyone involved.
